All session balances must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session start time. If payment has not been received in full, the session will not take place, any payments towards the session will be forfeited. No services will be provided until the balance has been paid in full. By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to this payment policy.

No. All Booking Retainers are non-refundable and are required to reserve your date on my calendar. Because your session date and time is exclusively held for you and other inquiries are turned away, the retainer is not returned in the event of cancellation of rescheduling.

Travel : Travel outside of my standard service area may require an additional travel fee. Travel fees are customized based on mileage and any associated expenses, including flights, hotels, rental cars, parking, or other travel-related costs. A personalized travel quote will be provided before booking.

Location : Some locations require permits, entrance fees, parking fees, or other access-related charges. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the client and not included in your session investment.

Yes. A signed contract and non-refundable booking fee (retainer) are both required to secure and confirm any booking. Your session date is not officially reserved until both the contract has been signed and the booking fee (retainer) has been received. This ensures all details, expectations, and policies are clearly agreed upon before your session.

A copy of the contract can be provided for review prior to making any commitment or payment.

PD Collective requires a non-refundable $50 Booking Retainer to reserve and confirm all photography sessions. The Booking Retainer secures your session date and time and compensates for the Photographer's commitment to reserve that time exclusively for you. The remaining balance is due no later than one (1) hour prior to the scheduled session start time, unless otherwise approved in writing by PD Collective.

Yes. For the safety of everyone involved and to ensure sessions align with our brand, we do not book:

• Sessions involving lasers or pyrotechnics.
• Nudity or explicit/adult content.
• Illegal activités or unsafe situations.
• Sessions requiring trespassing or access to restricted/private property without permission.
• Any session that puts clients, animals, or others at unnecessary risk.

We reserve the right to decline any booking that we feel is unsafe or does not align with our values and business standards.
